Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the PurgePix app and purgepix.com, published by Daedalus TCG LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using PurgePix, you agree to these terms.
License
Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), together with these terms. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA controls.
PurgePix Unlimited subscription
- PurgePix Unlimited is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that removes the free plan's daily deletion limit.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Prices may vary by country and may change. We'll tell you in advance as required by the App Store.
- From time to time we may offer PurgePix Unlimited at a special introductory price inside the app, such as a reduced monthly price for your first few months. When the introductory period ends, the subscription renews at the regular price shown when you subscribed. Apple limits introductory prices to customers who haven't subscribed to PurgePix before.
Free plan
The free plan lets you queue unlimited photos and delete up to 20 photos per day, plus any bonus deletes earned through streaks. We may adjust free plan limits and rewards in future versions of the app.
Your photos and deletions
You decide which photos to delete. PurgePix deletes photos only after you tap Delete and confirm the system prompt. Deleted photos move to the Recently Deleted album, where iOS keeps them for up to 30 days. We cannot recover photos for you, so please review your queue before deleting, and keep backups of anything important.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the App Store's rules.
Disclaimer
PurgePix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Storage figures shown in the app are estimates.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, including photos you choose to delete.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
